The CEO celebrates his employees who are veterans on this special day.

In his latest Twitter post, Apple CEO Tim Cook has posted a photo of some of the veterans who work at Apple. He notes, “Proud to work alongside these & many more veterans at Apple. We honor all the brave men & women who sacrificed for our freedom. #VeteransDay.”

Veterans Day is held every Nov. 11 to honor persons who served in the United States Armed Forces. Once called Armistice Day, the day originally marked the anniversary of the end of World War I. It was changed to Veterans Day in 1954.
