Yahoo Mail Gets Into the Winter Olympics Spirit With Great Tools for Fans
Yahoo Mail has gotten into the Winter Olympics spirit just in time for the start of the 2018 games. Starting today, Feb. 9, you can find the latest news from PyeongChang, South Korea right from your inbox.
With the Yahoo Mail Winter Olympics integration, you can follow the medal count plus receive news from the 2 1/2 week event in real time. The feature is available through the Yahoo Mail app and on your desktop.
On both mobile and your desktop web browser, there’s a dedicated news section that brings all the latest headlines to your inbox. To check out the news, just tap on the Medal icon in the upper right-hand corner of your inbox. Once you do, you’ll be transferred to the Yahoo Sports destination page for the Winter Games.
Yahoo Mail’s special feature is available throughout the Olympics, which run through Feb. 26. Availability is limited to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
