Yes You Can: Register to Vote From Your iPhone
Haven’t registered to vote? Yes, there’s now an iPhone app for that.
Simple as 1-2-3
On November 8, Americans will elect the 45th president of the United States. Between now and June 7, the two major parties will complete their nominating processes with late-season primaries in a handful of states including Indiana and California.
Register to Vote turns online voter registration into a 30-second process using your iPhone. Scan the back of your state-issued driver’s license, fill in your personal information and submit your registration. You’re registered to vote.
All information is submitted securely via your state’s official website, ensuring your privacy while making voter registration as easy as possible.

Pick Your Political Affiliation
You can register for any political party you choose. Simply scroll through the drop down menu and pick the party you want. You can then choose to have your ballot mailed to you and/or have mail sent to your address.
Register To Vote By Just Waiving Your ID Across The Screen
As soon as the app is launched, the camera on your iPhone (or iPad) is activated. Simply place the barcode on the back of your Driver's License in front of your device, and the app will instantly gather your personal details. You won't be required to add any additional information!
That's It, Literally
Once you confirm the details you enter are valid, you'll be asked to give the Register To Vote app consent to register for you, under the policy party you selected in the app. After that, you'll get a success message and you're done! (Note, some states require additional confirmation outside the app, but many don't. Watch this screen to find out the rules in your state).
