Alice in Wonderland: A New Champion (Free) by Disney is an adventure game that is driven by missions. This time, however, you’re not the hapless Alice who mistakenly falls down the rabbit hole. You’re a different character altogether. You’re the new champion that Underland desperately needs. That’s right. You’re not in Wonderland. You’re in Underland.
In the beginning of the game you can choose to be a boy or a girl. The character names are laughably Lewis or Carol. Once you’ve made a choice about which gender you want to play as, you begin your first task. You have to figure out how to leave the room.
This game is driven by missions. As you complete them, you progress in the plot, and you unlock new locations. You also earn money and experience points. You can use the money to buy items, and the experience points help your character to level up.
If you don’t want to spend the entire game reenacting the movie, you’re in luck. The game seems to take place after Alice has already fought against the Red Queen. The quests and storyline are different than the book or movies.
There are two different currencies in this game: gold and silver. You can buy bundles of each type for a variety of prices. They begin at $0.99 and go as high as $99.99
The new take on Wonderland, I mean Underland, is intriguing. It’s easy to want to dive in and see how different everything is. All of your favorite characters are there and have missions waiting for you.
