InstaChooser is a brand new jailbreak tweak that allows users to import their own videos, recorded using the built-in Camera app, into Instagram.

Once downloaded and installed, the $0.99 tweak adds an “Import” button to the video capture section of the Instagram app. Selecting this makes it possible to choose from a video present in the Photos app, and – provided it’s less than 15 seconds – users will be able to import this video right into the application itself.

Importing video using InstaChooser is quick and easy.

From here, iDevice owners can customize their imported video using filters, and may choose a cover frame and title for the finished product, before posting it to their Instagram timeline.

InstaChooser is a simple jailbreak tweak, but it’s something Instagram users (especially those abandoning Vine for Instagram Video) will appreciate.

Check out InstaChooser now – as mentioned, it can be downloaded for $0.99 in the Cydia Store, via the BigBoss repository.
