Purpose
Easily track your daily blood pressure, pulse, and weight—all centralized via HealthKit. Understand trends at a glance with 28- and 84-day heatmaps, and check how morning readings or lifestyle factors (e.g., stress, alcohol, sleep) affect your health.

Recording
Quickly enter systolic/diastolic BP, pulse, and weight. Automatic time-based tagging is supported, along with manual tags like stress, post-bath, post-exercise, next-day after drinking, immediately after drinking, and next-day after insomnia. HealthKit data is also displayed.

Visualization
Color-coded heatmaps (28/84 days) highlight blood pressure by systolic thresholds and body weight with comparative shading. Daily step counts are shown in each cell. Average SBP/DBP values are also displayed.

Planned feature for comparing trends and risk factors over time.

User Experience
Save entries with haptic feedback and subtle banners. The data log supports pagination with "Load More" functionality for reviewing past records.
