手机APP公众版的使用对象为市民，市民可以通过手机APP客户端向交通厅咨询、投诉各种诉求，
诉求的类型包括信息咨询、意见建议、投诉举报等范畴，为了市民操作的便利性，所有的诉求均采用统一的简洁诉求输入界面。
填写完基本信息之后提交到后台系统，同时系统将返回当前诉求成功受理后的诉求编号，便于后续查询和跟进该诉求的处理进程，
（联系电话默认注册电话号码，可更改）。考虑到用户使用方便性及与主业务系统的唯一手机号码关联对接，取消登录页面；
提交诉求时，只需要验证手机号码便可提交诉求信息，用户验证手机号码后与手机绑定，如换别的手机提交查看诉求则需再次验证手机号码。
