康乐居医生助手APP以医生视角对接老人及家属。
医生在我的预约中可以查看患者所预约信息列表。
医生可以通过日历查看每日的轮诊、预约、健康宣教、出诊、社区坐诊等信息。
医生通过对患者的访视记录来随时查看患者的以往情况。
在患者总览页中可以查看患者的健康档案以及患者的个人信息。
当患者的健康数据有某一项或者多项数据超过所预定的范围值后医生会收到预警消息，并可以及时的给出意见或者处理措施。
老人在遇到紧急情况后，通过可穿戴设备的SOS按钮紧急呼叫家属、医生并在地图上标记位置，使得家属及医院方第一时间与老人取得联系，并及时救助。
