通过“我的关注”链接康乐居健康助手，家属可通过IOT设备实时监测老人（需佩戴可穿戴设备）位置及健康信息，可设立电子围栏监听设备、设备铃响等。
医疗救护中查看对接HIS系统医院的医生最近出诊公告，并可以在线预约挂号，在线与家庭医生咨询等。也可以查看最近的中医出诊公告，可以在线预约中医挂号并查看中医诊疗后的结果。
