2.方便使用者利用碎片化时间实时掌控前端采集设备的监测与监控情况，并支持使用者对监控现场异常情况进行远程拍照取证和上传。
3.支持使用者在线查看责任辖区内的统计报告和数据分析报告的在线阅读与下载。
4.通过本移动平台与业务组织架构相结合，对于个人业务，以生成在线巡查轨迹的方式，实现个人工作记录在线存档；对于跨部门业务，以任务的形式，支持部门间业务在线层级处理与信息共享，实现大气污染防治部门间协同管控。
