ABC - Behavioural Change

The ABC app is a motivating platform that ensures that organisational and team goals are part of everyone's daily work instead of just 'nice words on a wall’. The ABC app makes transparent what you and your team can do to contribute to these goals in an engaging way.

Change story
To start of the user starts with an introduction to his/her organization's change theme and really dives into why this is so important. Throughout the application it is made transparent how the actions of an employee (the user of the app in this case) will contribute to the organizational goals that are set.  

Work on actions during multiple rounds
After setting the goals all members of a team will be working in multiple rounds towards the same goal(s) by completing actions. Only by combining their effort they will succeed.  

Within the ABC app the users are able to send compliments to encourage team members, set reminders for themselves to work on actions & earn badges when completing these actions.

Transparency in progress 
In order to keep focus and create transparency the progress of working on goals will be visualized. Progress the user and team members are making but also the progress of the goals of the entire organization.  

Keep improving 
During a change program it is important to frequently check-in on how everyone is doing. Feedback is gathered by filling in a short questionnaire after each round in order to keep improving as a team and as a company.
