This App allows Security alarm Customers and Alarm Service agents view and in some cases control their alarm monitoring service without an ALARMNZ Helpdesk operator intervention.

There is also an Emergency Alarm Button that after being Armed and depressed can send a GPS Alert and call local emergency numbers. The free version of the Emergency Alarm Button does not include the ALARMNZ 24/7 helpdesk and response team and relies on the users own support group to respond.

On the Front screen or home screen of the APP four simple icons that summarises the overall condition of all Alarm devices connected to the ALARMNZ network “GREEN means GOOD”, “RED means BAD” and "ORANGE means not so GOOD The first Icon is the “Cloud” and pushing that will take you to a list of all records the user is associated with showing any BAD records at the left of the selection . The other three Icons are filter buttons and reduce the selection to those sites that are in a RED or ORANGE condition. The “radio wave” icon filters to those sites that are Offline and no longer connected to the monitoring system network cloud due to some outage. The “padlock” or "dot" will show those sites that are either Disarmed by the user at an unscheduled time or are faulty in some manner. Finally, the RED “bell” is those sites currently in the ALARM condition.
