ALGIZ

The ALGIZ App is a mix between a Security and a Social Network Application using geolocation.

ALGIZ gives you the opportunity to be safe and protected by your Contacts in any situation worldwide, but also to post incident news that all ALGIZ users will receive on the Incident Map.

You may comment as you wish any incident, such as the evolution of the situation or simply the end.

An incident will disappear from the map automatically after 48 hours of inactivity to avoid confusion and to give you only the latest incidents

With the buttons "SOS", "Follow Me", and "I am OK" send your security status to your contacts.

- SOS : you can send a distress alarm and location report in case of an emergency.

- Follow Me : you can send the request to follow your movements in moments of uncertainty or while passing through an unsecure area or a potentially dangerous situation until you reach a safe destination

- I am OK : you can send an “I am OK” message in case of need, or after a natural disaster, terrorist attack or other catastrophe to inform your contacts of your whereabouts and wellbeing.

The "Locator" function, allows you to locate all of your contacts using the ALGIZ App and to be located by them if they have your authorisation.
You can receive a notification, when your contacts enters or leaves a predefined a Green (Safe) or Red (Dangerous) zone.

The "News" section provides you the ALGIZ News Feeds and Warnings, and at the same time information through the RSS Feeds from your favourite website.

"Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

The level of GPS accuracy can be adjusted in the app settings to avoid continued use of GPS and battery draining.
