This is a guided meditation which is intended to help you visualise the creation of a new life using manifesting meditation techniques and helping to remove any negativity or doubt that can occur when experiencing fertility issues. I sincerely believe that this meditation, which I practised when I was experiencing fertility problems, along with regular acupuncture, helped me in my journey for the perfect family and I hope you will benefit in the same way.

I am based in Balham, Southwest London, I have long been a follower and advocate of holistic therapies. Having used acupuncture and other
alternative therapies to assist with fertility, I began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine after the birth of my second child and obtained a Certificate in Chinese Medicine through the London College of Traditional Acupuncture, a First Class BSc in Acupuncture with University of East London and a Clinical Studies qualification from the University of Nanjing, China. I have since gone on to study meditation techniques at London Shambhala Centre.
