BadgeMe is a time tracker app. It is very simple and useful to manage the attendance management of company employee. It is designed for companies but it can be used easily for other organisations such shops, schools, universities, training organizations and others including domestic workers and nurses.
BadgeMe app uses gps. Users are allowed to clock in or clock out only when in a restricted area defined by administrator on a web console. Only when users are in these area are allowed to report time logs. Time tracker app BadgeMe is a reliable tool for attendance management.
Registered user opens the application and tap on the BadgeMe icon. The application eventually requests user identification by means of biometry or a PIN and sent a request to the server that validates the request based on user position and badge point position. Request is processed successfully only if a user is in the range of a badge point and a smiling badgeme logo is shown on the mobile screen. Otherwise an angry badgeme is shown. All the badge actions are easily accessible to the user through the app.
Moreover BadgeMe allow also to track daily worked ours calculating extra time and delays thorough the web console.
Application has also a map view showing virtual badge points range so to simplify badge actions.
If you need indoor coverage and punctual badge points then you can use beacons.
Users can also request through the app days off and permissions. Administrator will get a notification about that and can approve or reject the request through the app.
No more the hassle of physical badges. Badges are virtual now and stored in mobile phone. Different kinds of badges are available.
