Primarily the App manages Anxiety, Depressive Tendencies, Sleep, Fear, Anger and Relationship Issues.

Detailed screening of stress, anxiety, and workplace stress is administered to the user to assess the current conditioning levels.
Daily Course Flow
The two-day coursework is of 12 hours. The user spends 6 hours per day in this course. Each hour has certain numbers of tasks which incorporates activities such as yoga asana, meditation, light exercise, mudras, pranayama, soothing music and awareness videos.
It also has some questions to assess the level of assimilation and grasping along with few videos on tasks that help the user to reflect on his/her life. These videos then explain how these reflective tasks can be done.
Awareness is a learning section where a user is given course work in the form of video with voice over and graphical representations for easy assimilation.
Lastly, Reflections session is given where the user undertakes reflection tasks at his/her own pace. The system does not analyze these tasks; however, in future, if required, these inputs can be shared with the coach.
