Branches was created as a high school project during a mentorship with a health psychologist. It is not intended to be a substitution for therapy, but rather a resource to help people, especially teenagers, deal with typical levels of stress and anxiety. All information not cited in the app was told to me by my mentor, Dr. Michelle Di Paolo.
