The 8 spacey scenes are each paired with unique ambient music and a different breathing exercise for every mood. Rest in a cave looking out at the cosmos, revive yourself on green rocky mountains, or find peace on a tropical planet; you will find a planet to catch your breath.

Based on the psychological principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Breathe There uses mindful breathing exercises to reduce stress, relax and energise. These breathing exercises are set in immersive scenes to help you disconnect. Simply breathe in, hold, and breathe out as guided, and you will notice the effects within a few breaths.
