CapiConnect Business

CapiConnect Business is a mobile communications platform used by company employees that facilitates creating and signing of mobile forms and sending of mobile messages. CapiConnect is fully integrated with the rest of Capisol Software cloud document management solutions.

CapiConnect ePOD:
CapiConnect will receive a PDF delivery note from the accounting system. This PDF is pushed to a dashboard where the delivery can be assigned to a driver’s device. The driver can view the delivery address as well as a copy of the delivery note PDF directly on their device.
Once the goods have been successfully delivered the driver opens a form on the mobile device and the customer is able to confirm that all goods have been received in good order. The customer then signs directly on the device. This signature is time, date and geo location stamped so you have an exact match of when the goods were received.
The driver completes the delivery on the device and the signed POD is synced back to the Capisol Software cloud as soon as the drivers has mobile data connection.

No scanning of documents is required, and you do not need to wait for the driver to return to the office for the POD to be made available. The signed POD is immediately linked to the corresponding invoice within Capisol Software and is accessible internally or by the customer from the links on the invoice that is auto emailed to the customer from the Capisol Software service.

CapiConnect Forms:
Employees can create forms from the templates within the application on their device. Such forms can be completed, signed and saved and will be auto synced to the Capisol Software cloud once the device has signal.
