ComutaConnect

ComutaConnect provides users with a virtual wallet and a transactional card. Linked to the virtual wallet, is a loyalty program which provides account users and clients an opportunity to earn rewards for using their transactional cards to make payments for purchase of goods and services. ComutaConnect allows you to register, view your balances, request vouchers for payment and receive all notifications sent via SMS.

This combination allows a cashless environment and enables:
- In-store shopping
- Peer-to-peer payments

With the ComutaConnect app you can also perform the following:-
• View your profile
• Update your bank details (available only to account holders with a wallet balance)
• Register a card (available only to account holders who can register a card)
• Pay for purchases (available only to account holders with a wallet balance)
• Find merchants within a 10km radius
• Change your PIN
• View a full list of transactions (mini statement)
Important notice:
• Only one device can be linked to an account. If you attempt to register multiple devices, your account will be suspended.
• Please ensure that your cell phone number is correct on your account.
