cStat (Collateral Status) Property Condition Assessment

This app provides authorized cStat™ system users access to the system via iPad. cStat Property Condition Assessment (PCA) is a new method of collecting and organizing property condition data and images.

Accurate, ground verified property data and images are collected by cStat™ PCA. Note that absence of web connectivity at the property site does NOT interfere with the function of the app. All data is stored on the iPad until web service is available. This data can then immediately be securely viewed or downloaded from any web enabled computer and can be used to create written reports, spreadsheets, or viewed in a dashboard format.

The cStat™ system can be configured to share data from user to user or across groups. Greater data portability means project managers, lenders, insurers, analysts, and property managers can gain immediate access to property inspection data without having to wait several days or weeks, as is customary for traditional property assessments.

Property inspection professionals using cStat™ PCA will be spared hours of tedious work compared to the traditional clipboard, camera, and paper method utilized to generate reports. With the data gathered in a formatted, organized, word searchable format, cStat™ takes an industry-changing leap forward from the labor intensive manual report writing which has been the hallmark of property condition inspection.
