DI Workflows

This is the first release of the all-new Workflows app for Desk Intelligence. You can use the app for free to process all of your incoming packages in Desk Intelligence 7. In addition, you can use the app to track those packages from intake to delivery.

Processing an package is easy as pointing the camera at the package label. Tap the scan button and watch as the app retrieves all the relevant information about that package in as little as 1-second.

If your property has a label printer, make sure to set your label printer location in the "settings" panel.

The app may ask to access a user's location. This is required for buildings, due to Federal regulations, that also wrap the phone in the optional barcode scanner.
