I have no idea why I've begun this record of my torture. Perhaps it is to stave off insanity for as long as possible. My days are blurred, and there is no purpose to my life. Perhaps this will help me to remember which trifles occurred on which day of the week. Whatever the reason, it is begun, and I have nothing else to occupy my time but to lament my lot in life.
