Dipasc - Hour Management

With the Hour Management-app you can manage the hours, expenses, time traveled and distances traveled registered by all employees. Alter, verify and approve the hours entered using the Dipasc Hours-app for invoicing.
Using the Report with extensive selections you can easily create Pdf’s about the work hours, expenses et cetera of all employees. With the Dashboard you can view statistical information per month and employee.

WORKFLOW
The Hour Management-app supports a basic workflow of creating and verifying. Using this workflow ensures the integrity and quality of your data.

MASTER DATA
All data like customers, employees, activities and many more are managed using this app.

DOCUMENTS
Using the Report and the Dashboard Pdf’s can be created. These Pdf documents are also shared across all your devices. You can upload your own documents. Every document can be attached to a customer, this way you can for example create a customer file.

SETTINGS
The Hour Management-app is extremely flexible, you can setup a large number of settings to meet your requirements. For example you can setup:
- the way you enter the hours, using a start- and end time or an amount
- the way a break needs to be entered or calculated
- the way the time traveled is handled
- enter your hours per minute, or 5 minutes or 15 minutes
- the image quality to be used
- how much historical information you want to view
- the language the app should run
- the paper size you use
- the used addresses format
- the currency and distance unit (kilometers or miles) is automatically determined using your device local settings

MULTIPLE DEVICES
All data is automatically synchronized across all your devices, the number of devices is unlimited.

UNLIMITED
All data is unlimited, you can book as many hours on as many customers for as many employees as you need.
