“卒中热线”是中国卒中学会计划于2017年面向中国卒中中心联盟医院提供的卒中临床技术支持项目，为各地卒中中心医师提供卒中临床技术支持，帮助各医院更好提供急性卒中医疗服务，提高卒中中心医疗质量。此APP分为专家端和医生端。
【医生端特点】
便捷智能：通过语音、图文、网络通话方式实时向卒中领域专家在线咨询，操作简便，无过长等候时间，交流零距离。
覆盖全国：全国各卒中中心医师，可通过注册认证通过后，实现与卒中专家在线沟通。
快速反馈：提出问题后，专家快速抢单作答，等候时间短，反馈时间快。并可对未解决的问题进行二次咨询。
