We have developed a proven system, the eAdvisor Consistently Correct Check-In, that covers every aspect of the write up from the time the customer pulls onto the drive until the advisor has escorted the customer to the lounge - and everything in between.
The eAdvisor iOS app allows a technician to shoot a video with their phone/ipad and describe to the customer what the trouble is. The video is quickly uploaded and can then be sent directly to the customer where they can receive a quote where they can assess and approve the service.
