Data
- This app displays and trends heart rate and RR interval data received via Bluetooth from a compatible polar h10 consumer chest strap to support general fitness insights only. It does not measure blood pressure, oxygen saturation, or other clinical parameters and does not provide medical advice.
- HR is displayed in real time; RR intervals are used to compute HRV metrics such as RMSSD using configurable time windows. Optional smoothing/averaging may be applied to charts to improve readability. No diagnostic algorithms are used.
