Access interactive content to understand more about EI and how you can develop it through your awareness and attitudes.
Understand your own EI strengths and development areas:
Complete the Emotional Intelligence Profile, a scientifically validated measure of EI (if you have been invited to do so). Use insights from the feedback to help you focus your personal development.

Track your feelings:
Use the Feelings Tracker to improve your emotional awareness. Check in with how you’re feeling and why, as often as you want. Monitor this over time to see trends and view ‘key insights’.

Embed positive habits:
Complete a 21-day Habit Change exercise to help you build a new positive habit through repeated daily practice of a specific action. Record your progress and receive useful tips.

Share and support:
