Eppy Kitchen

Allows kitchen manager to see approved enabled orders. Manager can review the location that the customer is currently at This option only works if the customer clicked on the "on my way" button in customer app and has allowed tracking. Otherwise the customer must pick a specific time for pick up
If the order is prepared, kitchen manager can click on the order prepared button and the customer will be notified that the order is being prepared.
If the customer has clicked on the arrived button in the user app, the manager can see that the customer has arrived in the orders view.
