Can't bring yourself to exercise?

Try exercising with the short sprints system!
You just have to do the planned number of workouts. If you've timed it right, you'll reach your weight goal by the end of the sprint.
It's much easier not to quit training if you're working the numbers. Compare the abstract "I need to exercise and then I'll be in good shape" and the concrete "this month I need to do 12 workouts and eat no more than 2000 kcal per day - then I'll lose 4 kg."


[SPRINT SETUP]
1. Set a weight goal (starting weight and desired weight).
2. Choose a time frame to reach your goal (1/2/3 months).
3. Choose how many times a week you are committed to training.

[DOING SPRINTS]
1. You exercise according to the plan. You mark each workout in the app.
You can look at the statistics on your completed/remaining workouts. The app will show you how many workouts have been completed and how many are left.

2. You take regular body measurements (weight). Record the data in the app.
The app will show you the dynamics / statistics. It will tell you how much weight you need to have today in order to meet the plan for the completion of the sprint.

3. When the sprint is complete, you can see your amazing results that you achieved through the discipline.
The sprint is archived and you can start a new one. With new goals!

Hi, my name is Anton. I'm an athlete myself and I really like statistics and numbers :) I've been trying to gain muscle mass for 15 years, but always failed to gain even 20% of the plan.

In my professional life I am close to the system of short sprints. I decided to transfer it to sports. It is easier to achieve results when you see the ultimate goal: "do 12 workouts in a month, eat 3000 kcal per day and you will gain 3-4 kg per month". I have already gained 12 kg in 4 months by using this system. This is my maximum weight ever measured.
I used to be able to afford to skip a workout or a meal because of laziness. Now I force myself as I need to "tick the box on the app" :)
