When a customer uploads a project request with photos and a description, contractor can view the details in regards to the service request. Contractor can also view the customer's information including photo details, desired date/time and basic details.
Partners can check for project opportunities in real time. If customer’s information is enough to figure out cost estimation, contractor can submit cost quote without visiting customer site.
If contractor wants to visit customer site for cost estimation, ask visit request with contractor’s desired date/time on same screen.
Once customer accepted visit request, contractor shows up on scheduled date/time at customer site and submit quote on same screen and start service project
