What is it about?
We designed Flare to be a free iOS smartphone application to be accessible to everyone. Flare is a diary and tracking application specifically designed for those suffering from conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other digestive health problems. It allows users to track bowel habits (using the Bristol Stool Chart), stress levels, sleep patterns, diet and other environmental factors using evidence-based medicine. Users can visualize their daily patterns using charts to determine which factors can be identified as triggers for their health problem. The application allows users to share all of the data that is entered into the application with their healthcare providers.
