Exercise Ideas
— 45 second stretches
Set timer for 60 seconds. Begin stretch and hold until you hear the tone. Use the following 15 seconds to move to the next position and repeat.
— 10 minute meditation
Set timer for 600 seconds and begin with your favourite technique. Lose yourself until you are calmly brought back to the present with the gentle tone.
— Wim Hoff Method or breath work exercises
· Set timer for 30 seconds and breathe until you hear the tone
· hold your breath and count the tones (if you want to track duration)
· breathe in deep and hold until you hear the next tone
· begin again & repeat for a total of 3 - 4 rounds.
