Using the GainzzzOneRepMax application you can easily calculate your specific OneRepMax Weight without internet connection no matter if your are in the gym or outdoor.

GainzzzOneRepMax helps you very much to reduce the injury risk for OneRepMax attempts.

In addition to the ORM-Weight the app calculates a percentage table of the weights from 100% to 30%. This information is essential for the correct execution of most workout plans.

The calculation method is based on a formula from 'A Practical Approach to Strength Training' by Brzycki, Matt (1998). McGraw-Hill. ISBN 1-57028-018-5.
To analyse your muscle progress with various Reps-Weight combinations it is useful to calculate the One-Rep-Max Weight.
This formula is also used in powerliftig competitions to pick the winner.
