App Store Description

The APM Cases app is a mobile extension of the case management feature in GE’s Asset Performance Management (APM) software, powered by Predix.

Improve productivity by allowing your teams to collaborate no matter where they are located.  Whether you are right next to the asset or thousands of miles away, view case details, make updates to cases, and add evidence including photos, documentation and more.

In addition to viewing case information, you can also look up assets to see asset details and their corresponding cases.  You can even create a new case for an asset right on the spot, allowing you to instantly collaborate and solve problems faster.

We will be continuing to update the app and show upcoming features to get your feedback.  Let us know what you think!
