Then pick from a pool of Independent Recruiters that are scored & reviewed based on their past recruitment performance on the platform.

The recruiters will then head off and search the market for the ideal candidate. All candidates will be submitted via the platform, which makes it simple for you to manage.

Giig allows you to take control of your recruitment fees. You set the price that you're comfortable paying, and you're only expected to pay if the recruiter is successful in finding you the perfect candidate.
