Goji Studios makes your gym fitness training easier to keep track. Before you start, our partner gym will help you completing the fitness goals, ParQ questionnaire and training assessment. But if you have not taken up any gym training program, you are still able to use Goji Studios scale and Goji Studios fitness tracker together with Goji Studios app



Goji Studios scale

- In the Device management page, just follow the instruction to scan and add Goji Studios Bluetooth scale.

- Once your Goji Studios scale is connected, you may just stand on the scale and wait for the reading streaming to Goji Studios app on Home-Weight page.

- You may also find a historical scale reading on Body Composition Analysis in your Goji Studios app.



Goji Studios fitness tracker

- In the device page, just follow the instruction to scan and add Goji StudiosX2 tracker.

- Once your Goji Studios tracker is connected, you may wear the fitness tracker and you will see the reading streaming to your Goji Studios app on Home-Heart Beat page.



Meals Plan

Base on your fitness goals, Goji Studios app will generate a recommended meal plan to help you to achieve your fitness goals.



Workout Diary

If you have join a training program in the partner gym, your personal trainer will generate a exercise routine for your training in gym. That you may find the generated exercise routine in Workout Diary.



Extra

- The Goji Studios app also support find my phone function. Whenever the Bluetooth connection is active, you may access the Find My Phone function in your Goji Studios tracker, then your phone will be ringing or buzzing depending on the mode you set.

- Upon receiving SMS, Goji Studios app also push SMS notice to Goji Studios tracker for your convenience; that way you can read your SMS on the Goji Studios tracker while running on the treadmill for example.
