Send appraisals to fellow employees

Super admin can:


View total companies on the platform:

Patients can:


Access web based patient survey via QR code

Send appraisal message to medical personnel

Choose the option to remain anonymous




Admin/Organization - Web-based admin panel


Organization admins can set up their company accounts, select a subscription plan, make payments, and access the dashboard, as well as conduct user-related actions such as adding employees, approving their rewards, setting up points, vouchers, etc.





On the dashboard, they can see:


Sign up on the platform after filling in company information and making a payment

Securely login using their email and password.

Top performers on the platform (who has received the most points)

Total users on the platform

See the rewards available

Leaderboards, Top appreciated members

Visualization and graphs, ex. Gifts redeemed per month.

Super Admin - Web-based admin panel

Actions they can perform:


Add multiple employees to the system by uploading a correctly formatted CSV or XLSX file through the dashboard.

Assign a manager who can accept/decline reward requests

Add new rewards directly through a form in the web portal.

Set and modify the point system used for appreciation and rewards. This includes:

The admin navigates to the "Configure Point System" section on the dashboard.

The section displays the current point configuration. The admin can adjust the following settings:

Points awarded for different types of appreciation.

Minimum and maximum points that can be awarded.

Daily cap for appraisal sent and received.

Rules for point expiration.

The admin clicks the "Save Changes" button to update the configuration.

Approve or Decline Reward Redemption Requests

View all records in the rewards section, including reward-related activity of users.

View and activate rewards assigned to the company by Super Admin.

View reward information sorted by admin or super-admin, points, quantity etc.

Create and Edit Patient Surveys

Option to upload image parallel to each survey questions
