However, to be eligible for a loan, you must be at least 21 years of age and have a job. You may also be required to submit your bank statement and a valid ID. For all our products, we have an interest rate of 3% per month (36% APR). The interest rate applied to your loan request is a function of your credit score.

TYPICAL EXAMPLE
If you choose to get a 6-month loan of N10,000, Guardian Credit charges an interest rate of 3% per month. Therefore, we would charge you N1,800 as the six months’ interest so that your total repayment is N11,800.

- We usually require no collateral, guarantors, or documents for personal loans. However, for SME loans or personal loans beyond certain amounts, we may require additional documentation.


ADDITIONAL NOTES
- When processing your loan request for eligibility, we look at several signals, such as your credit score, past loan performance, etc. We require that loan applications be filled with the correct information as any falsification could delay your loan request, or your profile may be blacklisted. In addition, for cases of fraud, you may be reported to the authorities.
