Heart Chart is a great tool for the practicing or training cardiac surgeon. With nothing but your finger, draw bypass grafts, repair and replace valves, and make a record of all the other operations you do as a heart surgeon. Share the drawings with your colleagues, referring physicians, your students, and even your patients. Save the drawings on your iPad or on your Dropbox account. Print out Heart Chart for the medical record or as a record of your operative cases.
