HotelStaff/APP

The HotelStaff/APP revolutionizes the internal processes of a hotel / hotel group. Once installed, the most important daily routines of a hotel employee can be handled digitally via his or her own smartphone - yet still transparent for the hotel management. From room cleaning to the management of repairs and the redemption of digital vouchers, a hotel's internal business processes are handled efficiently and digitally.

The following functions are available in the current version:
* Digital housekeeping
* Management of repairs
* Redeeming digital vouchers

The HotelStaff/APP is a product of the TourismusSuite product family. The products are designed to digitally optimize the communication between the hotel guest, the hotel employee and the hotel management. In order to obtain the full functionality, the HotelStaff/APP is used together with the HotelGuest/APP. There the hotel guest can view / change the room status himself, report necessary repairs and much more. Just search for HotelGuest/APP here in the App Store.
