The app supports all main types of documents from 161 countries. If the passport, Id Card, Residence permit has the MRZ, just take the photo of it and data will be recognised automatically and splitted into separate fields. Customised fields can be added easily as well. You may also share the document in one of the desirable formats: fields with data, photo, text with photo or PDF.
