Intelligent Gym Notes
Description:
- Easily and quickly add exercises on the desired day or copy from previous ones
- To copy to specific days of the week, just click on the name of the day of the week in the calendar, or hold down a specific date and slide your finger to highlight
- Each exercise category is color coded and highlighted in the calendar
- When doing exercises, indicate how many reps / approaches, etc. You have performed to save the results
Exercises:
- There is a set of exercises by default. But if you could not find the exercise you needed on the list, just add yours
- Exercises are divided into two main types: Cardio and Strength.
- In strength exercises, you can set the weight, the number of approaches and repetitions
- In cardio, the distance is set in different units or the execution time
Nutrition:
You can also write down and save your diet for each day.
Meals contain just cards that you can fill out as you please and just as easy to copy or move
Backing up the database:
- Set up a backup to your google drive. The base will be copied automatically when you enter the application (no more than once a day) or by pressing a button on the settings page.
