Jacc is a calorie counter app that lets you log what you eat and set a goal for your daily calorie intake broken down on macronutrients, i.e. carbohydrates, fats and protein. This is useful for people who want to work towards specific weight and/or body fat goals and people who need to keep track of their food intake for various health reasons, like diabetics for instance. It's also useful for people who are serious about their training and want to maximise muscle gain or fat loss during typical bulk/cut cycles.

The app can help you calculate a daily calorie intake goal based on well known calculation methods and lets you decide how you want to distribute that intake across the macronutrients.

The nutrition diary view in the app lets you log your food intake by meal and see summaries on both daily level and meal level. The summaries contain information about the calorie intake and macronutrient intake. The latter is very useful for diabetics who wish to track their carbohydrate intake.
