Our Intake Specialists are able to match you with therapists in about 5 minutes and most users are able to book their first consultation within 24 hours! Finally, the mobile design of Level Therapy insures that you are in control of your privacy…no bumping into someone you know in a waiting room!

The Level Therapy team is comprised of licensed mental health clinicians who are diligently screened. Our team of therapists specializes in a variety of clinical areas and has a diverse set of expertise. Level Therapy treats clients with a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to:
· Mood disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bi-polar Disorder
· Anxiety disorders including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, and PTSD
· Substance Abuse Disorders
· Grief and Loss
Beyond specific mental health diagnosis, our therapists are able to support clients as they navigate life experiences like “adulting,” a career change, becoming a parent, or working on a relationship.

Level Therapists come from diverse backgrounds and are trained in a variety of ways ranging from contemporary analytic training, to evidence based behavioural intervention such as CBT, DBT and ACT.

The Level Therapy app is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate. Not only does it provide the user with HIPAA compliant video chat therapy sessions, it also grants access to a variety of content resources and an online journal that can be utilised to reflect upon sessions and life events that occur in between sessions.
