How it Works:

• Once signed up, a representative from your processor will send you your unique username and password to login. After you sign in all you need to do is click on the Assist button and get linked to a live technical support representative. The technical support representative will be able to view your credit card machine through your phone’s rear camera and troubleshoot the problem.

• The support executive has the ability to draw, type text, or point on your screen to easily guide you through the troubleshooting process.

• In addition to technical support, you can request supplies and inquire about machine upgrades through Linked Assist.
