MAMORIO

This app manages the MAMORIO loss prevention device. With the app, you can receive notifications when MAMORIO has not been detected for a set length of time, or find the device using cloud-based tracking when it is not on hand. In addition, if you lose a smartphone on which the app is installed and the smartphone is turned in to a supporting lost and found the center, you will receive a notification by e-mail.



[List of features]

・Prevention of misplacement or loss through push notifications
When your MAMORIO has not been detected for a set length of time, you will receive a notification.


・Checking of the location of loss
You can use the app to check where your MAMORIO was last detected.


・Cloud-based tracking
This feature, unique to MAMORIO, searches for misplaced items via a user network. (Patented. Patent No. 5894309)
When your MAMORIO is not on hand, the "Everybody Search" button appears.
When Everybody Search is turned on, you will receive a notification when your lost MAMORIO and another other user come into proximity, allowing you to confirm the location through the app.
Information about you will not be made known to other users.


・The MAMORIO Spot network
Spot is installed in the lost and found centers of train stations and commercial facilities. When your lost MAMORIO is turned in to an area with Spot, the app will send location information to you.
(Everybody Search must be turned on.)

・Notification when your smartphone is turned in
When a smartphone with the app installed is turned in to a lost and found center in a train station or other facility, a notification will be sent by e-mail. You do not need to have the product itself to use this feature.
* Configuration online or through the app is necessary to receive e-mail notifications.
* A list of supporting lost and found centers can be viewed in the app.


[Cautions]

・About location information
This app uses your smartphone's GPS function to obtain location information. Location information may be imprecise, depending on the smartphone performance and on communication conditions at the time.


・Not GPS
As a GPS is not installed in the device, location information for a MAMORIO which is not on your person cannot be tracked.
When Everybody Search is turned on, location information can be checked through the app when the device is detected by another user or by Spot.


・About effective range
The maximum effective range of the signal emitted by the MAMORIO device differs by product.
