Momentum Health App

Momentum Health provides healthcare cover to more than 110 000 individuals and families. The Momentum Health mobile application has been designed to give members 24/7 access to useful information related to their health and their medical aid.

Following an effortless sign-in process, users can use the app to submit their claims, track their claims and view their claims history, search for and download statements, find their nearest healthcare providers and request authorisations for hospitals and/or other practices. Users will also receive notifications related to claims, health assessments and tax certificates. In addition, members can view a summary of their policies, including contract and payment details. Users are also able to use the app to update important personal, contact and vital health information for principle members and dependants, and view their current HealthReturns & HealthSaver balances.
