App Store Description

Murmur is a wellness iOS app for tracking symptoms and activities. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care. It simply lets you build self-made supports to notice patterns in how you’re feeling and what you’re doing.

At its simplest, you can log symptoms (fatigue, pain, brain fog, etc.) on a 1–5 scale and record activities (appointments, social events, exercise) with their physical, mental, and emotional demands. Everything appears in a timeline view organised by day.

A “load score” accumulates activity demands over time, accounting for delayed effects and slower recovery when symptoms are already high. This may help you spot when you’re approaching overexertion or understand why you feel worse a day or two later.

If you use Apple Health, Murmur can pull in heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, and menstrual-cycle data to sit alongside your entries. You can also link calendar events, save locations, and add notes.

All data stays on your device, nothing is sent anywhere. Explore the settings to add custom symptom types and mark favourites for quick logging.

People use Murmur in different ways: some track everything to spot triggers, others log rough days to show their doctor, and some use load scores to pace activities. Experiment and keep what feels useful; it’s simply a self-care tool, not medical advice.
