Through ‘MY PLACE’ user’s can give easy access to daily service providers for time saving i.e.(servant & cleaner) so all those can direct entry into premises without security checking on daily basis.
If child goes out of home and parents are unaware of this then. Security personal shall stop and check personal details with child. Admin/user/member will get the call/notification from security check point about kid’s missing details.
In case of haphazard/mismanaged vehicle parking which is creating a space problem in dedicated parking area then member will get a call/notification from the security to come and park vehicle in a proper way.
In case any issue/problem raised with in premises area then member can click the live photo and upload on the application for quick assistance and problem redressed. Member can give individual suggestion as and when required.
User can pre approval access in case of there is a planned party or any type of occasion. Where in multiple guests are expected to come at one time pre approval security code can be shared via E-mail, whats app, etc. This will save time of coming guest and security abo.
In case any emergency member can get all basic emergency contact number.(Ambulance, Fire, Police).All these member can be readily available on the application so all member can see and use as and when required.
User can get notification from the security guard when there is a seduces guest coming in. Security click the photo and send to notification to the member for approval. If approved only then guest can be allowed to gate in.
During the time of parcel arrival if member is not present then ‘ Drop Down’ option can be availed. Security will collect the parcel and send ‘Received’ notification to the member. If in case ‘COD’ option security will allow couriers boy to gate in into the premises.
Daily service providers will get direct entry to save the time. One time security check in required only.

If member has not parked the vehicle properly then security call or send the notification to the member.
Drop down parcel facility available at security point in absence of member.
